Why use Multicheck M?

Operated entirely without a computer, Multicheck M is designed specifically for use in settings where, for some reason or other, equipment cannot be tested in a computer-assisted manner.

Multicheck M is suitable for tests at high pressure, medium pressure and low pressure. It allows you to carry out all of the static and dynamic tests that need to be performed on full-face masks, lung-governed demand valves (LGDV) and SCBAs.

The design of Multicheck M and the arrangement and quality of its pressure gauges and controls make for utmost user-friendliness and a quality of testing that is truly outstanding, especially considering the test bench’s purely mechanical working principle.

Multicheck M does not have a high-pressure regulator. The high pressure needed for equipment testing is feed to the test bench from a compressed-air cylinder via a T-piece.

Thanks to a broad range of optional adapters for masks and LGDVs, Multicheck M can be used for performing tests on a wide variety of equipment with diverse connector/port types from a large number of manufacturers.

With a view to reducing dead space and maximizing accuracy, lung-governed demand valves are connected to a dedicated round-thread equipment port for static tests rather than to a mask.

Masks with five-point head harnesses are strapped onto the inflatable dummy head for testing. The head ensures that they sit properly on a human-like face during testing. In combination with optional accessories, Multicheck M can also be used for testing many makes and models of two-point helmet masks.

Dynamic breathing tests are carried out by means of an artificial lung that can operate at both 25 × 2 l⁠/⁠min and 40 × 2.5 l⁠/⁠min.
