Why use Multicheck eco A II?

Multicheck eco A II is a computer-assisted, automated test bench that makes it easy to carry out all of the static and dynamic low-pressure, medium-pressure and high-pressure tests that need to be performed on full-face masks, lung-governed demand valves and SCBAs.

Out of the box, this test bench is suitable for performing tests pieces of equipment that have round-thread ports/connectors or Euro couplings. Thanks to a broad range of optional adapters for masks and LGDVs, it is also possible to test a wide variety of equipment with other connector/port types from a large number of manufacturers.

The fact that Multicheck eco A II operates largely automatically not only guarantees that the highest standards are met in terms of equipment testing but also makes for utmost user-friendliness. During equipment testing, the feature-packed Equipment Management program automatically controls the required test procedures and pressure levels as well as the artificial lung, and records data in the same reliable and tamper-proof manner that all MENZL software products are renowned for.

With a view to reducing dead space and maximizing accuracy, lung-governed demand valves are connected to a dedicated port for static tests rather than to a mask or the dummy head. Chemical protective suits (CPS) and suit valves can be tested in conjunction with optional accessories.

A variety of optional extras and upgrades such as a keyboard tray, a built-in second-load simulator or a CPS inflation unit make it possible to expand the capabilities of the test bench to meet individual needs and requirements. Multicheck eco A II can also be (retro-)fitted with a pneumatic tightener for masks with five-point head harnesses.
