Why use Multicheck eco VX3?

Multicheck eco VX3 is a modular test bench that can flexibly be configured (and retrofitted) to meet individual needs and requirements. While the core unit covers the essentials of equipment testing, the most advanced configurations make it possible to also perform all of the required dynamic tests.

The core unit, which in its default configuration is intended for computer-assisted operation, allows you to perform all of the necessary low-pressure and medium-pressure performance and leak tests on full-face masks, lung-governed demand valves (LGDV) and SCBAs that have round-thread ports/connectors or Euro couplings. Thanks to a broad range of optional adapters for masks and LGDVs, it is also possible to test a wide variety of equipment with other connector/port types from a large number of manufacturers.

Multicheck eco VX3 has a built-in pump for leak tests, opening-pressure tests and closing-pressure tests. Moreover, it features electronic pressure transducers for computer-assisted data recording during equipment tests by means of the feature-packed Equipment Management program. The inflatable dummy head makes it easy to test full-face masks and guarantees their perfect fit during testing.

A variety of expansion modules and optional extras, such as a keyboard tray, a built-in second-load simulator or a CPS inflation unit, make it possible to expand the capabilities of the test bench to meet individual needs and requirements. Multicheck eco VX3 can also be (retro-)fitted with a pneumatic tightener for masks with five-point head harnesses.
