Multitest 730
Automated computer-assisted tester for static tests on masks
The “plus” models of the Multitest 730 product line can also be used for carrying out computer-assisted tests on LGDVs.
Why use Multitest 730?
Multitest 730 allows you to efficiently and conveniently carry out all of the static tests that need to be performed on respiratory protective masks. Computer-assisted mask testing in conjunction with the Equipment Management program, which is included in the scope of delivery, involves the following steps:
- You need to strap the mask onto the dummy head.
- The tester automatically tests the mask according to the requirements specified for the type of mask in question.
- The Equipment Management program saves and documents the data recorded during testing.
- Once testing is complete, you can take the mask off the dummy head.
The feature-packed yet easy-to-use Equipment Management program, which we develop in-house, not only controls the execution of the automated test procedures but also guarantees the accurate and tamper-proof documentation of the data recorded by the low-pressure transducer, which has an accuracy class of 0.5, making Multitest 730 a particularly operator-friendly mask tester that stands out for the quality it offers in terms of equipment testing and data documentation.
Testing two-point helmet masks
We offer a comprehensive range of optional accessories for testing two-point helmet masks, including a purpose-built stainless-steel mask holder that is a great help and time-saver, especially if you need to test many two-point helmet masks. In its default configuration, the mask holder is suitable for Dräger and MSA two-point helmet masks (Gallet system). Two-point helmet masks with a docking mechanism for AUER F200 helmets (Schuberth system) or Rosenbauer helmets can be docked by means of optional adapters. Installing and removing the mask holder is easy and does not require any tools.
Possible tests
- full-face mask – leak test at normal/positive pressure
- full-face mask – exhalation-valve opening pressure
Additional tests that can be performed with the “plus” models of the Multitest 730 product line:
- LGDVlung-governed demand valve – leak tests with or without medium pressure
- positive-pressure LGDVlung-governed demand valve – closing pressure
- SCBA – static medium pressure
Optional accessories for leak testing the valves of chemical protective suits with Multitest 730 are available on request.
Functionality upgrades
Pressure gauge/digital pressure indicator: At our factory, Multitest 730 can be upgraded with a low-pressure gauge (“M” models of the Multitest 730 product line) or with a digital low-pressure indicator (“D” models of the Multitest 730 product line), making it possible to operate the tester manually and perform tests without a computer.
Medium-pressure equipment tests: At our factory, Multitest 730 can also be upgraded with a medium-pressure transducer and medium-pressure ports (“plus” models of the Multitest 730 product line), making it possible to perform tests on lung-governed demand valves (LGDV) with or without medium pressure. Medium-pressure tests cannot be performed manually but only by means of a computer and the Equipment Management program, with the data recorded during testing being displayed on the computer screen.
